They call themselves the Underground Omega Syndicate and, according to the text message waiting on the nondescript burner phone, I’m being forced to do their bidding, whether I like it or not. They know things no one else does—details that have been kept under lock and key—and are threatening to expose my rather illicit business dealings if I don’t play along.
There’s just one problem. My target is the world’s hottest pop rock band, Feral Lyrics, formerly known as my foster brothers. Been there. Done that. Have the scars tattooed on my heart as a reminder that they left me and never looked back.
Like hell am I going to use my connection to the guys in order to gain access to their tour. A reunion just isn’t in the cards for us. Ever. No, I plan on avoiding them entirely, getting the intel I need, and getting the hell out of dodge before they even know I’m here. I’m a professional after all. How hard can it be?
The only thing I didn’t count on? The allure of the Alphas who threaten to throw a wrench in all my carefully laid plans. Every song they sing insists they’ve been looking for me, and they want what I promised—for us to become a pack.
Too bad the omega they knew and loved is gone.
